Our Best Curve
From the title, it appears that this post is going to be about body shapes and fitness and whether curvy bodies are better or thin bodies. The curve I prefer to talk about is a curve we all have on our faces and we manage to show it or not. Our smile.
Smiles come in different shapes and sizes and I, personally, prefer that we always have on our faces whatever the situation we are in. Some people try to hide their smiles to preserve their personalities or their social classes so that they keep a distance from other people. However, even our religions guide us toward smiling to our brothers and sisters in humanity because it is a value. Frowning won't do us any good except using too many muscles that will cause us early wrinkles in our faces (are we ready for this, ladies?)
Here are some research-based benefits I found for smiling that might put a smile on your face while reading them because it is good for your health and your health matters:
1. Neurotransmitters called endorphins are released when you smile.
2. Endorphins make us feel happier and less stressed.
3. While the release of endorphins is increased, the stress hormone cortisol is reduced.
4. Laughing expands the lungs, stretches the muscles in the body and stimulates homeostasis.
5. A good laugh can be an effective way to release emotions.
6. Smiling is an attractive expression, which is more likely to draw people to you rather than push them away.
7. A happy, positive expression will serve you well in life.

It is really impressive what a smile can do ! Beside its positive effects on health, it has also a positive effect on people. When you to someone, anyone you know or not, this smile makes them feel good people and important, they feel like they are not being ignored but instead they feel motivated and happy! Spreading a smile everyday might be the best free thing that we could give in our lives.:)
ReplyDeletehow cute this post is...
ReplyDeletewe should smile and never hide it at any time since its the key for a healthy body even though a healthy mind that is empty form life difficulties. Smiling is the most good way for a peaceful life .
Nice blog :)
Couple of weeks ago, I read an interesting piece of information about smiling. Since smiling comes more naturally to some people than others. experts recommend to practice smiling infront of the mirror for twenty minutes daily. In this way, like any other habit, smiling gets much easier with practice.
ReplyDeleteI don't really know why people actually frown, it doesn't make them look beautiful at all, honestly!
ReplyDeleteMany people frown to look tough and serious, and they always go to the gym to look beautiful and have a perfect body curve; but they forget that a smile is the best curve they can ever have and it makes them look charming and truly beautiful.
A smile is definitely valuable, otherwise religions wouldn't have asked us to keep one on our faces. We should train ourselves to smile even when we are mad, because smiling makes things seem easier.
Life is beautiful and provides us with many opportunities to be happy but we should know how to use them. Oh! and always keep smiling!
